Bathroom door is 34 in, sink 34 in with 30 clearance. Shower is 27×58 in with ADA grab bar, 5.5 in threshold and 29 in opening/entrance. Toilet is 16 in with ADA grab bar. Room distances (ft): Office 25, pool 15, front gate 170 (safety latch 47 in), ADA parking spot 200, garden, grill 40, ADA compliant bathroom 80. No ADA pool lift. All pathways unobstructed and all gates 38 in.
